摘要:
类风湿关节炎(rheumatoid arthritis,RA)是一种以慢性滑膜炎、血管翳形成及进行性关节破坏为特征的自身免疫疾病,严重影响患者生活质量。虎杖苷是从中药虎杖中提取的一种天然活性成分,具有抑制炎症反应、双向调节骨代谢和保护血管内皮细胞的作用,在RA治疗中展现出良好的应用前景。虎杖苷与生物材料支架结合,在体外实验中能有效促进成骨分化、抑制破骨活性并减轻炎症反应,为RA的治疗提供了新的策略。本文概述了虎杖苷,阐述了虎杖苷治疗RA的作用机制,展望了虎杖苷工程化支架在RA治疗中的应用前景,为RA的临床治疗提供了参考。
