摘要:
绝经后骨质疏松症是因绝经后雌激素水平降低导致的全身代谢性骨病,属中医学“骨枯”“骨痿”等范畴。肾气-天癸的变化节律与人体骨矿含量随年龄增长的变化规律极为相似。本文基于肾气-天癸的节律性变化,从肾气-天癸变化具有节律性、肾气-天癸节律性变化决定女子骨骼盛壮与痿弱及肾气-天癸通过冲任-胞宫节律性调控女子骨骼状态3个方面,探讨了绝经后骨质疏松症的内在发生机制,为该病的临床诊疗提供新的思路。
