摘要:
胫骨骨折骨不连较为常见,其原因不仅与损伤程度、骨折类型及合并症有关,也与治疗方法及患者的个人生活习惯有关。胫骨骨折骨不连的治疗方法分为非手术疗法和手术疗法,前者主要包括电刺激、低频脉冲超声、体外冲击波及特立帕肽注射,后者主要包括骨移植、骨形态发生蛋白注射、髓内钉固定、“铰刀-冲洗-吸引”手术、膜诱导及3D打印骨组织工程支架植入。本文就胫骨骨折骨不连的原因进行了分析,并对其治疗进展进行了综述。
