摘要:
背根神经节(dorsal root ganglion,DRG)作为感觉传导通路的一级神经元,在感觉传递途径中起着重要作用。感觉异常如痛觉过敏和热觉过敏,尤其是神经病理性疼痛在DRG上表现为信号传导通路的异常,包括受体、离子通道和放电异常。DRG作为机体内、外环境与脊髓联结的纽带,了解其相关信号通路就显得很有必要。本文从化学信号通路、膜离子通道信号通路2大方面对近年来有关DRG神经元痛觉异常相关信号通路的研究进展进行了综述。
