摘要:
踝关节韧带损伤在临床上十分常见,早期发现和准确诊断该损伤,对踝关节功能的恢复至关重要。MRI检查对踝关节韧带损伤的诊断准确率较高,但易受体位影响且价格昂贵。肌骨超声技术是一种应用于肌肉骨骼系统的超声检查方法,可以清晰地显示踝关节的解剖结构,追踪韧带走行,有效评估韧带的完整性。近年来,随着高频超声技术的发展,肌骨超声检查越来越多地被应用于踝关节韧带损伤的诊断中。本文概述了韧带损伤的超声表现及分型,对肌骨超声检查在踝关节外侧副韧带损伤、内侧副韧带损伤、下胫腓联合韧带损伤诊断中的应用进展及超声弹性成像技术在踝关节韧带损伤诊断中的应用进展进行了综述。
