摘要:
慢性踝关节不稳(chronic ankle instability,CAI)通常由急性踝关节扭伤发展而来,可导致踝关节反复扭伤,严重影响患者的日常生活。CAI的诊断和疗效评价,目前临床上主要依据患者的临床表现、体格检查及影像学检查,但这些方法无法定量评估踝关节功能。步态分析是研究步行规律的检查方法,不仅能对人体行走方式进行客观记录,还能对步行功能进行系统评价。步态分析技术的应用和发展有助于从多个角度客观描述CAI患者的步态特征,也有助于分析CAI患者与健康人在踝关节功能上的差异。对CAI患者的步态特征进行研究,可以为该病的诊疗和疗效评价提供客观依据。但是,目前学界对CAI患者的步态特征尚未完全达成共识。本文概述了CAI,介绍了正常步态的内涵及步态分析的方法,重点论述了CAI患者的步态运动学特征、动力学特征和肌电激活特征,为该病的诊疗和疗效评价提供了客观依据。
