摘要:
目的:观察改良前内侧入路联合后外侧入路分柱固定治疗Rüedi-Allg?werⅡ型、Ⅲ型Pilon骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法:2015年9月至2017年12月,采用改良前内侧入路联合后外侧入路分柱固定治疗Rüedi-Allg?werⅡ型、Ⅲ型Pilon骨折患者23例。男15例,女8例; 年龄20～65岁,中位数43岁; Rüedi-Allg?werⅡ型15例,Rüedi-Allg?werⅢ型8例; 闭合性骨折17例,开放性骨折6例,其中开放性骨折软组织损伤均为Gustilo-AndersonⅠ型和Ⅱ型。均合并胫骨远端四柱骨折。采用Buewell-Charnley骨折复位放射学评价标准评价骨折复位情况,采用美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足评分标准评价综合疗效,并随访观察骨折愈合和并发症发生情况。结果:本组患者均获随访,随访时间11～36个月,中位数15个月。解剖复位16例,复位可7例。骨折均愈合,愈合时间11～25周,中位数15周。
