摘要:
腰椎Modic改变是评估腰椎间盘退变程度的常用影像学指标,但其发生机制目前尚未完全清楚。腰椎间盘突出症是临床常见病、多发病,有关腰椎Modic改变对腰椎间盘突出症手术疗效影响的研究近年来逐渐增多。本文对腰椎Modic改变的分型及其分布特征进行了概述,并对腰椎Modic改变的发生机制、腰椎Modic改变与腰椎间盘突出症的关系、腰椎Modic改变对腰椎间盘突出症手术疗效的影响进行了总结。
