摘要:
目的:探讨络病理论指导下应用独活寄生汤加减治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将121例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组,在休息、外敷止痛散、特定电磁波照射的基础上,分别采用络病理论指导下的独活寄生汤加减口服治疗和洛索洛芬钠片口服治疗,共治疗14 d。分别采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index,ODI)对治疗前后患者腰腿疼痛及腰椎功能情况进行评价。结果:治疗前2组患者腰腿疼痛VAS评分和ODI评分比较,组间差异均无统计学意义[(6.82±1.21)分,(6.34±1.53)分; t=1.929,P=0.056;(50.67±14.73)分,(49.66±15.31)分; t=0.589,P=0.551]。治疗后2组患者腰腿疼痛VAS评分和ODI评分均较治疗前降低[t=17.290,P=0.000; t=7.181,P=0.000; t=18.630,P=0.000; t=9.084,P=0.000]; 且独活寄生汤组腰腿疼痛VAS评分和ODI评分均低于洛索洛芬钠组[(3.33±1.27)分,(4.18±1.94)分,t=2.980,P=0.004;(17.38±5.35)分,(28.31±5.34)分,t=10.340,P=0.000]。结论:以络病理论为指导采用独活寄生汤加减口服治疗腰椎间盘突出症,可有效缓解腰腿疼痛、改善腰椎功能,且疗效优于口服洛索洛芬钠片。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effects of oral application of Duhuo Jisheng Tang Jiajian(独活寄生汤加减,DHJSTJJ)under the guidance of collaterals disease theory for treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:One hundred and twenty-one patients with LDH were randomly divided into 2 groups and were treated with oral application of DHJSTJJ under the guidance of collaterals disease theory(DHJSTJJ group)and loxoprofen sodium tablets(loxoprofen sodium group)respectively for 14 days.Meanwhile,all the patients were administered with bed rest,external application of analgesic powder and specific electromagnetic wave irradiation.Lumbago-leg pain and lumbar function were evaluated by using the visual analogue scale(VAS)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)before and after the treatment.Results:There was no statistical difference in lumbago-leg pain VAS scores and ODI scores between the 2 groups before the treatment(6.82+/-1.21 vs 6.34+/-1.53 points; t=1.929,P=0.056; 50.67+/-14.73 vs 49.66+/-15.31 points; t=0.589,P=0.551).Both lumbago-leg pain VAS scores and ODI scores decreased in the 2 groups after the treatment(t=17.290,P=0.000; t=7.181,P=0.000; t=18.630,P=0.000; t=9.084,P=0.000).The VAS scores and ODI scores were lower in DHJSTJJ group compared to loxoprofen sodium group(3.33+/-1.27 vs 4.18+/-1.94 points,t=2.980,P=0.004; 17.38+/-5.35 vs 28.31+/-5.34 points,t=10.340,P=0.000).Conclusion:Oral application of DHJSTJJ under the guidance of collaterals disease theory can effectively relieve the lumbago-leg pain and improve the lumbar function in the treatment of LDH,moreover,its curative effect is better than that of oral application of loxoprofen sodium tablets.
