摘要:
腰椎间盘突出组织再吸收是指腰椎间盘突出症患者未经手术、髓核化学溶解、等离子射频消融、激光椎间盘汽化等治疗而发生的髓核突出组织自发缩小甚或消失的现象。目前,腰椎间盘突出组织再吸收这一现象的存在已被学术界所公认,但其确切的发生机制尚不清楚。本文从腰椎间盘突出组织再吸收与突出类型、突出时间的关系及再吸收的发生机制3个方面进行了综述,以期为临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症提供思路和参考依据。
