摘要:
肩袖损伤是骨科的常见病、多发病之一,其治疗手段丰富,但发病机制至今尚未明确。本文从肩袖的解剖与生物力学异常、炎症反应、细胞外基质紊乱、肌腱软骨化、基因表达改变及其他因素等方面对肩袖损伤的发病机制进行了综述,以期对肩袖损伤的临床治疗和基础研究提供新的思路和方向。
