摘要:
肩袖损伤临床较为常见,多采用肩关节镜手术治疗。虽然肩关节镜技术日趋成熟,但手术失败率仍然较高。肩袖损伤修复机制较为复杂,与多种因素有关。维生素D是维持骨骼健康的重要物质,在肩袖损伤修复过程中发挥着重要作用。本文从维生素D在肌腱-骨界面愈合、肌肉脂肪变性及炎症反应中的作用3个方面,对维生素D在肩袖损伤修复中的作用研究进展进行了综述。
