摘要:
跟骨骨折是一种常见的跗骨骨折,骨折累及关节面时多采用手术方法治疗。跟骨骨折的手术方法较多,与传统切开复位内固定手术相比,微创手术在切口愈合率等方面更有优势,但微创手术并不适用于所有类型的跟骨骨折。本文概述了跟骨骨折的分型方法,对跟骨骨折的微创手术方法及其优缺点进行了综述。
