摘要:
Pilon骨折为累及胫距关节面的胫骨远端骨折,虽发病率不高,但治疗复杂、致残率较高。随着创伤骨科手术技术的进步和发展,Pilon骨折的手术疗效较以往有了较大提高,但目前学界对于Pilon骨折的分型以及手术时机、手术分期、手术入路、固定方式的选择尚未达成统一的认识。本文对Pilon骨折的分型和手术时机、手术分期、手术入路及固定方式选择方面的研究进展进行综述,为临床治疗Pilon骨折提供参考。
