摘要:
肌少症和骨质疏松症的发生率均随年龄的增长而增加,二者的发生关系密切,二者相伴出现被称为活动障碍综合征。单独针对肌少症或骨质疏松症已有大量的实验研究和临床研究,但目前针对活动障碍综合征的研究较少。本文从动物模型和治疗方法2个方面对活动障碍综合征的研究进展进行了综述。
