南极地区极夜环境下预防骨量丢失的方法探讨()

摘要:
目的:探讨南极地区极夜环境下预防人体骨量丢失的有效措施。方法:以18名在中国南极中山站参加中国第31次南极科学考察的队员为观察对象。18名队员均为男性; 年龄24~55岁,中位数40岁。观察时间为2014年12月至2015年12月。按照生活、运动习惯及自愿原则将18名队员分为非干预组、药物干预组和运动干预组,每组6名队员。非干预组队员在极夜全过程(2015年5—7月)不服用任何辅助药物,除日常工作、生活外,不进行运动锻炼。药物干预组队员在极夜全过程服用碳酸钙D3咀嚼片(Ⅱ),每天1次,每次600 mg,服用3个月,除日常工作、生活外,不进行运动锻炼。运动干预组队员在极夜全过程不服用任何辅助药物,除日常工作、生活外,每周运动3次以上,运动方式为跑步机慢跑1 h(6~8 km·h-1)或室外长距离行走2 h或球类(羽毛球或乒乓球)运动1 h。自到达中山站后每月在固定时间测定队员的左足跟骨骨密度。结果:非干预组、药物干预组及运动干预组队员刚到达中山站时的跟骨骨密度T值分别为0.96±0.23、0.95±0.21、0.95±0.24,经历极夜后3组队员的跟骨骨密度T值分别为0.86±0.21、0.90±0.22、0.95±0.22。非干预组2名队员的骨密度较刚到达时明显降低,药物干预组1名队员的骨密度较刚到达时明显降低,运动干预组队员的骨密度均无明显变化。结论:单纯补充钙剂和维生素D不能完全避免南极地区极夜环境下人体骨量丢失,而在同样条件下持续有规律的运动有助于维持骨量。
