摘要:
骨折的修复是一个极其复杂的过程,断端血管重建是骨折修复的关键环节,也对避免发生骨不连、骨延迟愈合等并发症至关重要。新生血管可为修复区域提供相关营养物质并运输代谢废物,为新骨再生、代谢提供积极的微环境。骨折发生后短期内局部组织会释放多种与血管重建相关的细胞因子,直至修复后期仍有多种细胞因子产生,这些细胞因子协调互补,共同促进血管的形成。本文从血管重建的过程、影响骨修复的血管重建相关细胞因子、血管重建组织工程在骨修复中的应用3个方面进行了综述。
