摘要:
骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)和阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer disease,AD)均为老年人群体中高发的退行性疾病。AD的关键病理因子淀粉样前体蛋白(amyloid precursor protein,APP)和β-淀粉样蛋白(amyloid β-protein,Aβ)在OP患者的骨组织中异常沉积,提示二者可能参与OP的病理进程。本文结合近年相关文献,从骨吸收和骨形成2个方面对APP和Aβ对OP的影响进行了综述。
