摘要:
股骨头坏死的发病目前呈现出年轻化的趋势,包括干细胞移植在内的各种保髋疗法成为了研究的热点。骨髓间充质干细胞和脂肪干细胞在股骨头坏死的治疗中应用最为广泛,常用的治疗方式包括经血管灌注、经皮置管灌注及髓芯减压灌注。干细胞移植主要是通过其旁分泌作用、增殖能力、分化能力,促进坏死区骨组织再生、血管再生,从而缓解髋关节症状、延缓股骨头坏死进程。对于干细胞移植治疗股骨头坏死作用机制、细胞种类、细胞浓度及疗程的研究,将有助于进一步提高该疗法的疗效和安全性。
