摘要:
经皮椎体强化术是目前治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折最常用的治疗手段,具有创伤小、手术时间短、疗效好的优点。但随着该技术的广泛应用,相关的并发症也逐渐显现。其中,术后邻近椎体骨折风险增加是目前研究的热点。导致经皮椎体强化术后邻近椎体骨折的原因虽然目前尚无定论,但从已有的研究结果来看,主要因素包括后凸畸形、骨水泥注射方式、骨水泥渗漏、骨水泥材料及骨质疏松等。
