摘要:
踝关节融合术是治疗终末期踝关节炎的“金标准”。随着微创理念的不断深入,关节镜下踝关节融合术逐渐替代了传统开放性踝关节融合术,并越来越受到临床医师和患者的青睐。然而,对于关节镜下踝关节融合术,在手术禁忌证、手术入路,以及内固定螺钉的类型、数量和置入方式等方面,均存在分歧。为了提高临床医师对关节镜下踝关节融合术的认识,本文从术前影像评估、适应证、禁忌证、手术方式等方面对关节镜下踝关节融合术近年来的研究进展进行了综述。
