摘要:
随着生物力学测试技术的发展,生物力学参数在中医推拿手法的量化检测和临床应用中得到了广泛应用。胸椎掌按法是临床上常用的一种脊柱推拿手法,但与颈椎和腰椎手法相比,目前针对胸椎掌按法的生物力学参数研究较少。本文从胸椎掌按法不同施力阶段的生物力学参数,胸椎掌按法成功的标志及其与手法生物力学参数之间的关系,施力方向、按法形式、施力部位和应用位置对胸椎掌按法发力的影响,床垫硬度和患者呼吸状态对胸椎掌按法反作用力的影响,胸椎掌按法生物力学参数对推拿后生理学指标的影响5个方面,对胸椎掌按法生物力学参数的研究进展进行了综述,以期为该手法的量化研究及应用提供参考。
