摘要:
骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折(osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,OVCF)多见于老年人,病情严重时可造成残疾。经皮椎体成形术和经皮椎体后凸成形术是治疗OVCF的常用手术方法,能有效缓解临床症状,但术后容易出现椎体再塌陷,可影响远期疗效。本文对椎体再塌陷进行了概述,并从影响因素和预防措施两个方面对椎体成形术后椎体再塌陷的研究进展进行了综述。
