摘要:
后Pilon骨折是一种特殊类型的踝关节骨折,多采用手术方法治疗,然而目前尚无最佳的手术入路。近年来,后内侧入路在后Pilon骨折手术治疗中的应用逐渐增多。本文概述了后Pilon骨折的分型方法和手术入路,对后Pilon骨折后内侧手术入路的研究进展进行了综述。
