摘要:
肘管综合征是尺神经在肘部受卡压引起的一系列神经损伤症状,是临床常见的上肢周围神经卡压类疾病,精准诊断对该病的治疗和预后具有重要价值。超声检查可清晰显示尺神经及其周围结构的损伤情况,具有直观、定位准确、可实时动态观测等优势。本文对肘管综合征的超声检查优势、要点、指标,以及规范化问题和建议进行了综述。
