摘要:
膝部慢性疼痛是膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的常见症状,其发生机制目前尚不完全明确,可能与痛觉敏化有关。痛觉敏化包括中枢敏化和外周敏化,在慢性疼痛的形成过程中具有重要作用。本文对痛觉敏化进行了概述,并对KOA痛觉敏化的特征及意义、诊断和防治方面的研究进展进行了综述。
