摘要:
“标本兼治”理论是中医辨证论治体系的精华,中医药诊治股骨头坏死需把握好股骨头坏死的“标”与“本”。“坏死→修复→塌陷→骨关节炎”是股骨头坏死的主要病理过程。股骨头塌陷的根本原因是骨修复反应和负重应力综合作用的结果,“坏死骨吸收→新生血管长入→新骨形成”是股骨头坏死的修复过程。塌陷是股骨头坏死最关键的病理转归,认识股骨头塌陷与骨修复的关系,对临床治疗时机的把握和治疗方法的选择至关重要。“标本兼治”理论指导下的股骨头坏死中医药治疗,是针对疾病的“本”(瘀血),把握股骨头塌陷与骨修复的关系,积极治疗其“标”(临床症状)。本文从股骨头坏死塌陷的机制、股骨头坏死的骨修复、“标本兼治”指导股骨头坏死的治疗3个方面,对“标本兼治”理论在股骨头坏死中医药治疗中的指导作用进行了阐述。
