摘要:
目的:观察牵引结合中药外敷治疗老年腰椎压缩性骨折的有效性。方法:将197例老年腰椎压缩性骨折患者随机分为对照组观察组,对照组94例采用仰卧硬板床、牵引、骨折部位垫厚枕、口服补钙剂; 观察组103例在对照组基础上结合中药外敷。结果:观察组在缓解局部疼痛、促进活动恢复及缩短平均住院天数等方面都显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:牵引结合中药外敷是治疗老年腰椎压缩性骨折的有效方法。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of external Chinese herb and traction for senile lumbar vertebral compression fracture.Methods:197 aged patients with lumbar vertebral fracture were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(treated with traction combination of external Chinese herb and take calcium tablet)103 cases included and control group(treated with traction and take calcium tablet)94 cases included.Results:Release lumbago, promote movement function resume, reduce time in hospital of treatment group was significantly better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of combination of external Chinese herb and traction for senile lumbar vertebral compression fracture is a kind of effective method.
