摘要:
目的:探讨膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)与骨质疏松症的关系。方法:2015年7月至2016年11月,招募KOA患者50例(骨关节炎组)、健康体检者40例(健康体检组)。采用双能X线骨密度仪测量L2~L4骨密度(取平均值),并计算骨密度T值。比较骨关节炎组与健康体检组的骨密度及骨密度T值。结果:骨关节炎组的骨密度及骨密度T值均低于健康体检组[(0.70±0.09)g·cm-2,(0.95±0.11)g·cm-2,t=11.492,P=0.000;(0.77±0.38)SD,(2.03±0.69)SD,t=10.906,P=0.000]。结论:KOA患者的骨密度低于健康人,KOA可能与骨质疏松症有关。
Abstract:
ABSTRACT Objective:To explore the relationship between knee osteoarthritis(KOA)and osteoporosis.Methods:Fifty KOA patients(KOA group)and 40 healthy volunteers(healthy group)were recruited from July 2015 to November 2016.The average bone densities of vertebrae from L2 to L4 were detected by using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry(DEXA),and the T-value of bone density was calculated.Bone density and T-value of bone density were compared between KOA group and healthy group.Results:The bone density and the T-value of bone density were lower in KOA group compared to healthy group(0.70+/-0.09 vs 0.95+/-0.11 g/cm(-2),t=11.492,P=0.000; 0.77+/-0.38 vs 2.03+/-0.69 SD,t=10.906,P=0.000).Conclusion:The bone density is lower in patients with KOA compared to healthy people,so KOA may be related to osteoporosis.
