摘要:
目的:探讨温经通络中药外洗对膝骨关节炎等速运动治疗疗效的影响。方法:将符合标准的50例膝骨性关节炎患者随机分为2组,每组25例,均行等速运动治疗。其中一组予以骨科外洗2方外洗,疗程8周。治疗前后所有患者均行等速肌力测试及Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果:①治疗8周后,两组患者等速屈伸肌峰力矩(PT)、Lysholm膝关节功能评分较前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); ②治疗后,中药组患者等速屈伸肌峰力矩(PT)、Lysholm膝关节功能评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温经通络中药外洗能提高寒湿阻滞证膝骨关节炎患者等速运动疗法的疗效。
Abstract:
Objective:To discuss the clinical effects of Warm the meridians traditional Chinese medicine for external application combined with Isokinetic exercise therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Fifty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,25 cases in each group and the course was 8 weeks.The treatment group were conducted with the gukewaixi2 prescription combined with Isokinetic exercise therapy,while the others in the control group were executed Isokinetic exercise therapy only.Before and after treatment all patients were to be done Isokinetic muscle testing and Lysholm knee function scores.Results:①8 weeks after the treatment,Isokinetic muscle testing and Lysholm knee function scores had significantly improved in the two groups of patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); ②Patients in the treatment group were beter than the control group in Isokinetic muscle testing and Lysholm knee function scores,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:External washing with the warm the meridians traditional Chinese medicine can improve the effects of Isokinetic exercise therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Cold-dampness impeding syndrome.
