摘要:
目的：观察反序运动联合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法：将113例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为2组，治疗组58例 ，对照组55例；治疗组采用反序运动联合药物治疗，对照组采用单纯药物治疗。治疗1个疗程后，参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准 》腰椎间盘突出症疗效评定标准对2组疗效进行评定，并比较2组疗效。结果：治疗组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Z =2.381，P=0.017）；2组患者均获随访，随访时间1～4年，中位数2年；治疗组复发4例，对照组复发12例。结论：反序 运动联合药物治疗腰椎间盘突出症，疗效优于单纯的药物治疗，且反序运动不受时间和场地的限制，练习方便，值得在临床推 广应用。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the curative effect of anti-order exercise therapy combined with medicine on lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:One hundred and thirteen LDH patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,58 cases in treatment group,while the others in the control group.Patients in the treatment group were administrated with anti-order exercise therapy combined with medicine,while the others in the control group were administrated with medicine only.After one course of treatment,the curative effects were evaluated in accordance with the evaluation standards of curative effects for LDH specified in Standard for diagnosis and therapeutic effectiveness evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,and the curative effects were compared between the 2 groups. Results:The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group,and there was statistical difference in curative effects between the 2 groups (Z=2.381,P=0.017).Patients in the 2 groups were all followed up for 1-4 years with a median of 2 years.Four cases with recurrence were found in treatment group, while 12 cases with recurrence were found in control group.Conclusion:Compared with medication,anti-order exercise therapy combined with medicine has better curative effect on LDH without time and space constraints while with convenient feature in practicing,so it is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
