摘要:
目的:比较针灸加手法松解和手法调整两种方法治疗骶髂关节半脱位的疗效。方法:67例骶髂关节半脱位患者,随机分为两组,治疗组36例,对照组31例,分别进行手法调整和针灸加手法松解治疗。结果:治疗3个疗程后对疗效进行评价,手法调整的临床疗效优于针灸加手法松解疗法,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.399,P=0.001)。结论:手法调整治疗骶髂关节半脱位效果满意,值得在临床推广。
Abstract:
Objective:To compare the curative effects between the method of acupuncture combined with relaxation manipulation and the method of adjusting manipulation in the treatment of semiluxation of sacroiliac joint.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with semiluxation of sacroiliac joint were randomly divided into 2 groups.Thirty-six cases in the treatment group were administrated with adjusting manipulation,while the others in the control group were administrated with acupuncture combined with relaxation manipulation.Results:The curative effects of the patients were evaluated after 3 courses of the treatment.The clinical curative effect of adjusting manipulation was better than that of acupuncture combined with relaxation manipulation,and there was statistical difference between the 2 groups(Z=-3.399,P=0.001).Conclusion:The method of adjusting manipulation performs well in the treatment of semiluxation of sacroiliac joint,it is worth popularizing in the clinic.
