摘要:
斜外侧腰椎间融合术(oblique lateral interbody fusion,OLIF)是目前治疗腰椎退行性疾病的常用术式,具有损伤小、出血少等优点。临床上采用OLIF治疗各类腰椎疾病时存在一些与入路和操作相关的并发症。术中并发症包括血管损伤、神经损伤、椎体终板损伤、腹膜损伤及输尿管损伤等,术后并发症包括融合器沉降与移位、大腿麻木疼痛与腰髋屈曲无力及其他并发症。为了降低OLIF并发症的发生率,临床医师应熟悉腹部局部解剖结构、完善术前血管神经评估、术中减少腰大肌的牵拉并选择合适的融合器,并在必要时联合后路椎弓根螺钉固定。本文对OLIF术中和术后常见并发症的研究进展进行了综述。
