摘要:
脊柱融合术后出现的相邻节段退变会严重影响手术疗效,探讨脊柱融合术后相邻节段退变的原因及预防措施十分必要。近年来的研究表明,患者自身因素、局部解剖改变、相邻节段的生物力学性能改变、手术方式、外固定及功能锻炼等均与脊柱融合术后相邻节段退变有关,而使用弹性内固定材料或可降解的内固定材料被证实可以减少脊柱融合术后相邻节段退变的发生。脊柱外科医生在制定临床治疗方案时可从以上这些方面综合考虑,以降低脊柱融合术后相邻节段退变的发生率。
