摘要:
经皮椎体强化术是治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的首选方法,但术中易发生骨水泥弥散欠佳和渗漏,继而可能导致多种并发症的发生,严重影响手术效果和患者安全。本文对经皮椎体强化术中骨水泥弥散和渗漏的影响因素和干预措施的研究进展进行了综述,以期为临床提供参考。
