摘要:
Lisfranc损伤是一种严重的中足损伤,近年来其发生率呈上升趋势。但由于解剖结构和损伤机制复杂,依据X线片进行诊断,大约20%的Lisfranc损伤会被漏诊或误诊。因此,对于疑似Lisfranc损伤的患者,依据常规X线片诊断不明确时,应拍摄负重位X线片或进行CT、MRI检查以明确诊断。Lisfranc损伤的治疗包括非手术治疗和手术治疗2大类。手术治疗Lisfranc损伤的方法主要有切开复位内固定术和一期关节融合固定术。Lisfranc损伤常用的内固定方法包括螺钉固定、微型钢板固定、克氏针固定等,但哪种内固定方法才是治疗Lisfranc损伤的最佳方法仍存在相当大的争议。为进一步提高临床医生对Lisfranc损伤的认识,本文从Lisfranc关节的解剖特点和损伤机制、Lisfranc损伤的诊断和分型、Lisfranc损伤的治疗3个方面对近年来Lisfranc损伤的诊治进展进行了综述。
