摘要:
目的:探讨膝骨关节炎软骨下炎症面积与关节液中白细胞介素-1含量的相关性。方法:2014年6—12月,对30例膝骨关节炎患者行患肢膝关节矢状面超短回波时间(ultrashort echo time,UTE)脉冲序列MRI检查,测量膝关节软骨下炎症面积,并对其与关节液中白细胞介素-1含量的相关性进行分析。结果:本组30例,患肢膝关节MRI检查UTE序列上均可见软骨下高信号区,其中髌骨软骨下高信号区16例,股骨软骨下高信号区8例,胫骨软骨下高信号区6例。软骨下炎症面积(140.61±61.65)mm2,关节液中白细胞介素-1含量(0.170±0.102)pg·mL-1,两者呈正相关(r=0.472,P=0.008)。结论:膝骨关节炎患者膝关节软骨下炎症面积和关节液中白细胞介素-1含量呈正相关; 膝关节软骨下炎症面积越大,关节液中白细胞介素-1含量越高。
Abstract:
Objective:To explore the correlations between subchondral inflammation areas and interleukin-1(IL-1)contents in joint fluid in patients with knee osteoarthritis(KOA).Methods:The ultrashort echo time(UTE)pulse train MRI examination in sagittal plane were performed upon the affected limbs of 30 patients with KOA from June 2014 to December 2014,then the subchondral inflammation areas of knee joint were measured and the correlations between subchondral inflammation areas and IL-1 contents in joint fluid were analyzed.Results:The subchondral high-intensity zones were found in UTE pulse train MRI images of knee joints in all of the 30 patients,16 cases in patella,8 in femur and 6 in tibia.The subchondral inflammation areas(140.61+/-61.65 mm(2))were positively correlated with IL-1 contents(0.170+/-0.102 pg/ml)in joint fluid(r=0.472,P=0.008).Conclusion:The knee-joint subchondral inflammation areas are positively correlated with IL-1 contents in joint fluid in patients with KOA.The greater the knee-joint subchondral inflammation areas are,the higher the IL-1 contents in joint fluid are.
