摘要:
巨大肩袖撕裂是运动医学的难点和研究热点之一,其缝合术后再撕裂问题是临床医生关注的焦点。巨大肩袖撕裂缝合术后再撕裂的影响因素既有年龄、吸烟、合并症、脂肪浸润及腱骨愈合不良等患者因素,也有缝合后缝线滑脱、切割等手术相关因素和康复不当等术后管理因素。对于巨大肩袖撕裂缝合术后再撕裂,可采取的预防措施包括合理饮食、控制血糖、戒烟、抗骨质疏松等一般措施和减缓或逆转脂肪浸润、促进腱骨愈合、选择合适的手术时机、改良手术方式、完善术后管理等针对性措施。本文对巨大肩袖撕裂缝合术后再撕裂影响因素和预防措施的研究进展进行了综述,为建立系统、规范的防治体系提供了参考。
