摘要:
距骨骨软骨损伤多见于踝关节扭伤患者,临床常表现为踝关节反复疼痛及肿胀,病情严重时可导致患者残疾。目前距骨骨软骨损伤的最佳治疗方法尚存在争议。富血小板血浆可以修复受损关节软骨,是近年来治疗软骨损伤的研究热点。本文对距骨骨软骨损伤进行了概述,并从临床研究及作用机制研究两个方面,对富血小板血浆治疗距骨骨软骨损伤的研究进展进行了综述。
