摘要:
膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)是一种常见的慢性退行性关节疾病,主要临床表现为膝关节疼痛、畸形和功能障碍,严重影响患者的正常生活。富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)是从自体外周血中分离获得的血小板浓缩物,其包括多种生物活性因子,主要通过促进软骨细胞增殖、促进软骨基质形成、抑制炎症因子表达及促进骨髓间充质干细胞增殖分化发挥治疗KOA的作用。为了进一步提高临床医师对PRP关节腔注射治疗KOA的认识,本文从PRP的组成成分、制备方法及PRP关节腔注射治疗KOA的作用机制、临床研究4个方面对PRP关节腔注射治疗KOA的研究进展进行了综述。
