摘要:
前交叉韧带(anterior cruciate ligament,ACL)重建术是治疗ACL损伤的金标准。由于韧带损伤对下肢神经肌肉控制系统及生物力学结构的影响,ACL损伤的治疗不仅需要手术对韧带进行解剖重建,更需要完善的康复治疗体系来恢复患肢的功能。康复治疗贯穿ACL损伤治疗的全过程,通过肌力、神经肌肉训练,辅以支具保护、物理治疗及心理康复,能最大限度地促进患肢的康复。然而手术前后不同时期康复治疗方法的选择仍需进一步探究,康复流程的标准化仍是进一步研究的重点。为此,本文从术前康复、术后康复及心理康复3个方面,对ACL损伤康复治疗的研究进展进行了综述。
