摘要:
生物型牛津单髁膝关节假体在国内的临床应用尚未完全开展。由于在避免骨水泥型假体固定的技术缺陷和骨水泥毒性导致的并发症、减少术后翻修、保存患者骨量、延长假体使用时间、恢复膝关节功能及维持假体长期稳定性等方面存在优势,生物型牛津单髁膝关节假体在临床的广泛应用非常值得期待。本文从生物型牛津单髁膝关节假体与骨水泥型牛津单髁膝关节假体及生物型全膝关节假体的差别及生物型牛津单髁膝关节假体的优点和临床应用中面临的问题等方面对生物型牛津单髁膝关节假体的研究进展进行了综述。
