摘要:
脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury,SCI)主要包括原发性损伤和继发性损伤,SCI后各种机制相互作用,主要病理改变即为微循环障碍。血液流变学指标及血小板活化因子是SCI后主要发生变化的实验指标,早期对其进行监测具有较高的临床价值。低分子肝素是急性SCI后预防深静脉血栓形成的常用西药,但其应用目前尚未成为常规措施; 活血化瘀类及补气类中药可改善SCI后血液高凝状态,但中药治疗SCI目前仍未解决诊疗规范化及疗效标准统一化等问题。本文就SCI后微循环的变化、SCI后微循环障碍的西药及中药治疗进展进行了综述。
