摘要:
目的:探讨闭合复位经皮弹性髓内针内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的临床疗效和安全性。方法:2010年4月至2012年6月,采用弹性髓内针内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折患者17例,男11例,女6例; 左侧9例,右侧8例; 年龄19～83岁,中位数43岁; 均为新鲜闭合骨折,其中锁骨骨折钢板螺钉内固定取出后1年摔伤致锁骨再次骨折1例。伤后至手术时间3 h至10 d,中位数4 d。术后观察骨折愈合、肩关节功能恢复及并发症发生情况。结果:本组17例患者均获随访,随访时间5～12个月,中位数8个月; 骨折均愈合,愈合时间3～8个月,中位数4个月。参照Constant-Murley肩关节评分标准评价疗效,优11例、良4例、可2例。无感染、弹性髓内针松动或断裂及神经损伤等并发症发生。结论:闭合复位经皮弹性髓内针内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折,操作简单、固定可靠、并发症少,有利于骨折愈合和肩关节功能恢复。
