摘要:
股骨头坏死是骨科的常见难治疾病,临床多采用全髋关节置换等外科手术治疗。青少年股骨头坏死的发生与糖皮质激素的使用、自身免疫疾病和创伤等因素有关,由于青少年患者正处于身体发育期,活动要求高,且未来有生育需求,治疗相对困难。人工关节远期可能出现磨损、松动等问题,因此全髋关节置换并非青少年股骨头坏死患者的首选治疗方法。本文从髓芯减压术、金属棒植入术、截骨术、骨移植术、保留骨量的髋关节置换术、髋关节镜辅助手术、手术联合其他疗法7个方面,对外科手术治疗青少年股骨头坏死的研究进展进行了综述。
