摘要:
目的:观察黄芪丹参超微颗粒凝胶对大鼠创面愈合的影响,并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法:将90只SD大鼠随机分成模型组、敷贴组和凝胶组,每组30只。在所有大鼠背部制成直径约1.8 cm的圆形全层皮肤切除开放创面。纱布止血,碘伏消毒后,模型组创面以无菌纱布包扎、敷贴组创面以爱力敷湿性敷贴包扎、凝胶组创面涂抹0.5 g黄芪丹参超微颗粒凝胶后用无菌纱布包扎,隔天换药1次。分别于造模后第1天、第3天、第7天、第11天,从各组随机选取6只大鼠,计算创面愈合率,并切取创面全层皮肤组织制成切片,计算创面修复组织中新生毛细血管数量和血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)含量。造模后第15天,计算剩余6只大鼠创面愈合率,待创面完全愈合后处死。结果:①创面愈合率。造模后第1天,各组大鼠创面均无明显变化,未计算创面愈合率。
Abstract:
Objective:To observe the effects of ultrafine particle gel of astragalus membranaceus and salvia miltiorrhiza on wound healing in rats and to explore its possible mechanism of actions.Methods:Ninety SD rats were randomly divided into model group,dressing group and gel group,30 cases in each group.A 1.8 mm diameter round open wound was made by resecting full-thickness skin of the back of all rats.After hemostasis with gauze and disinfection with iodophor,the wounds of rats in model group and dressing group were bandaged with sterile gauze and ALLEVYN THIN(爱力敷)moist dressing respectively and the wounds of rats in gel group were bandaged with sterile gauze after application of 0.5 g ultrafine particle gel of astragalus membranaceus and salvia miltiorrhiza.The fresh dressings were changed for the wounds on alternate days.Six rats were randomly selected out from each group at the 1st,3rd,7th and 11th day after the modeling respectively,and their wound healing rates were calculated.The full-thickness skin tissues of wound were sectioned,and the number of neogenetic blood capillary and the content of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in the repaired tissues of wound were calculated.The wound healing rates of the last six rats in each group were calculated at the 15th day after the modeling,and the rats were executed after the wound healed completely.Results:The wound changed unconspicuously in rats of each group at the 1st day after the modeling,so the wound healing rate was not calculated.
