摘要:
颈部推拿在临床上应用较为广泛,若手法操作得当,能有效缓解颈部疼痛和改善颈椎功能,但临床上由颈部推拿导致的不良事件却屡屡发生。颈部推拿的适用人群很大部分是存在颈部疾病或脑部疾病的高龄患者,同时这部分人也是颈动脉粥样硬化(carotid atherosclerosis,CAS)斑块的高发人群。当临床医生采用颈部推拿治疗此类患者时,可能会影响CAS斑块的稳定性。但颈部推拿是否会促使CAS患者发生脑缺血,甚至使CAS斑块脱落或破裂从而导致严重的脑血管意外,学术界对此意见不一。本文就颈部推拿对CAS斑块稳定性影响的研究进展进行了综述。
