摘要:
胫骨平台骨折的治疗一直是创伤骨科临床研究的重点和难点,其分类方法和手术方法较多。现有的胫骨平台骨折分类体系还有待完善,需提出反映损伤机制和骨折形态学特征的分类体系,以更好地指导临床治疗; 而目前常用的内固定手术入路和内固定方法均存在不同程度的局限性,关节镜辅助技术也仅适合简单骨折的复位和固定,球囊成形术目前还不能作为常规技术在临床中应用。本文对胫骨平台骨折的分类和手术治疗方面的进展进行了述评。
