摘要:
毛囊干细胞是一种自我更新快、体外增殖能力强的未分化细胞,主要存在于毛囊的外根鞘隆突部,具有多向分化潜能。近年来,关于毛囊干细胞的特性及其在皮肤修复领域中的应用备受关注,成为组织工程学研究的热点之一。本文对毛囊干细胞的特性及其在皮肤修复中的应用进行综述。
