摘要:
后纵韧带骨化是一种病因未明、起病隐匿、病程漫长的进展性疾病,增厚骨化的后纵韧带压迫脊髓和神经根产生各种临床 表现。胸椎后纵韧带骨化较为少见,研究起步较晚,目前胸椎后纵韧带骨化的诊断主要依据患者的临床表现及影像检查,治疗主要 是手术治疗,疾病的特异血清学诊断指标有待发现,各种手术方法的应用指征及临床价值还有待明确。本文从诊断和治疗两大方 面对胸椎后纵韧带骨化的研究进展进行综述。
